MONDAY

Clifftop Trail (Dunbar) (Mondays, 10 30 – 12  00) – a gentle walk in the fresh air. Further details from Michael, as above.

Wee Bite and Blether, West Barns Village Hall, 12-2 pm.  Soup, scones, tea, coffee

Regular socials, 11 30 – 2 00 pm – Soup & Sandwich.  No charge, donations welcome.  email: lunch@spottvillage.org.uk

WEDNESDAY

Dunbar Dementia Carers Support Group 2.30-3.30pm Bleachingfield Centre. FRIDAY

Dementia Friendly Walks – regular 10 week blocks of walks in the Dunbar area.  Meet 10 00 am at the Bleachingfield Centre.  Contact Parvine Jazayeri, Ageing Well Co-ordinator, on 01620 827240 or 07718117585.

SATURDAY

Sociable Gardening at Belhaven Hospital Community Garden from 1pm most weeks. Carers and people affected by dementia are warmly invited to enjoy gentle, sociable gardening times with volunteers from Sustaining Dunbar, as we tend the raised beds and share tea and seasonal produce.
