Lovely afternoon at Belhaven Community Garden for the first of our seasonal visits. Beautiful afternoon, great company (as well as delicious scones – thank you Lucy). Weather so good that we were able to spend most of the time walking in the gardens, taking in all the new growth and checking out the new plants in the poly tunnel.
Wonderful afternoon at National Museum of Scotland’s ‘Embroidered Stories’ exhibition. Volunteer, Hilary Hall, guided us around the museum and gave a short talk on the history of samplers.
Chris Roberts will lead a Mindfulness/Relaxation session at this week’s meeting.

Dunbar Dementia Network exists to provide both regular and special support to those caring for others who are living with dementia or related conditions.
The charity is most appreciative of all donations which go towards providing this much needed support.

Every effort is made to network with the other organisations in the area who can also provide assistance and support so that the charity can become a go-to place for anyone seeking advice on such matters.
Our annual Macmillan Fundraising Tea Party – Gibb Room 1, 2 30 – 3 30 pm. Please bring along some treats to share.
There will be a donation box for Macmillan on the table for those wishing to contribute.
