Summer 2022
What an action-packed Summer with outings to Amisfield Gardens, The Botanic Gardens, Edinburgh and a barge trip with Seagull Cruises, Ratho. We also enjoyed a visit to The Backlands on one of the hottest days of the year, necessitating emergency ice creams! Our fundraising afternoon tea party for Dunbar RNLI raised £144.90. In addition, our Zoom meetings were enhanced by a cookery demonstration with Justina, Roving Chef with Vegetarian for Life, and some lovely Summer readings with Koren Calder from the Scottish Book Trust. As usual, we finished each month with our Chair Exercise session.
Huge thanks to all whose generous donations have made our bus trips possible.
